Complaint to PayPal (February)

This seller is selling fake items. The sign has nothing to do with railroads, and the soap is not Americana. Both are brand new, not original. Probably from China (most of this type of material comes from there, I believe) but country of origin is not important - they are not American. There is nothing to indicate country of origin, which violates the import laws of the United States. The sign is NOT from 1927. The soap never sold for 5 cents. This seller is committing fraud by selling things in a manner calculated to deliberately mislead the public into thinking that we are getting items that in fact are not as advertised. Also, seller promised insurance - and demanded payment for same - but the package was not sent with insurance. No insurance was provided as promised and payed for.
